Carolyn made this baked potato soup for dinner tonight. It was a great meal for a cool night. This was an interactive meal were you get to put your toppings on the soup at the end!Ingredients
Baked Russet Potatoes(skinned)
Chicken Broth
Cream
Salt
Pepper
Your favorite baked potato toppings (bacon, sour cream, etc)
Method:
1 Bake potatoes
2 Peel potatoes and purée in food processor addition chicken broth to get a good soupy consistency
3. Move to a pot and heat on medium high heat.
4 Add cream, salt and pepper to taste
5 Serve in a bowl with desired toppings.
